If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

Packing, labeling and shipping

Place the merchandise and invoice in the original packaging and affix a return label with the RMA number on the box.

We recommend that you ship via ground service with insurance and a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
